What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Marianne: Looking at Shane when I walked down the aisle with my dad. I was so happy I couldn’t stop crying.
Shane: Hands down the moment I saw Marianne enter the church.
Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Marianne: I read somewhere “you’re going to forget what your wedding looked like, but you’ll never forget how you felt”. When you’re planning try to focus on what’s important to you and your future husband. No one is going to remember what your tablescape looked like, but they’ll always remember a night filled with dancing, late night burritos and Tom Brady!
Shane: Take it slow & enjoy every second. It feels like the fast forward button is pressed on Saturday morning no matter how hard you try to hit pause.
Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Marianne: Getting picked up and thrown into the air on the dance floor.
Shane: Riding to the church with my groomsmen without Marianne’s wedding ring.
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Marianne: What Shane said. I wish we had more time to spend with each one of our guests. They are the reason our wedding was so special!
Shane: I would make sure I got to every table during dinner to say hi and thank each person for making our wedding day so special
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini)!
