What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Vivian: The toast my father gave. It was touching and wonderful. It meant so much to me when he said I’ll always be his little girl and when he welcomed Josh into the family.
Joshua: Seeing Vivian for the first time in her wedding dress. She looked jaw-droppingly beautiful.
Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Vivian: Breathe. Don’t let the little things get in the way and ruin the day.
Joshua: Try to relax and enjoy the moment, the day flew by after the ceremony.
Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Vivian: When my mom walked into the bridal party room, looked straight at me and the girls who all had their makeup done (except for me!), and asked, “Where’s Vivian?”
Joshua: Watching Mochi, our dog flower girl, walk down the aisle with my nephew, Lucas, the ring bearer. It was very cute and she was pulling him as best as a small dog could.
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Vivian: I would spend more time on the dance floor. I can’t believe I missed Thriller and the Macarena!
Joshua: Not really, although the timeline might have been too packed I had fun with it all and in hindsight, I wouldn’t want to take anything out.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Thanks to my older brother and his fiance, we’ve got a special mini honeymoon in Napa planned. Next year we’ve got an amazing trip planned for a cruise to Europe where we’ll see the Greek Isles. Hopefully we’ll spend some extra days in Barcelona and maybe see some other parts of Italy or France.
